Healthier Ranch

Jonah asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap and I took it as a challenge to make a version that tasted as delicious as he wanted it to but with ingredients that our bodies would appreciate.


This recipe is pretty simple and can be adjusted based on your preference. I personally love dill and cracked black pepper, so this recipe features those flavors prominently.


We love this sauce on wraps, sandwiches and salads - but the opportunities are endless!


Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Green Goddess salad dressing.

(If you don’t live near a TJ do not fear! You can make your own: oil, avocado, lemon, parsley, basil and enough water to blend.)

- 1/4 c organic full fat plain Greek yogurt

- 2 t onion powder

- 1 t garlic powder

- a small squeeze of mustard! About 1-2 t

- salt and pepper! Taste as you go but don’t be afraid to salt it upppp

- as much dill as you prefer! I like fresh, used about 2 T
